Man Missing from Chicago Left Suicide Note

Chicago Police need the public’s help in locating a 29-year-old man from Chicago, who has been missing since the beginning of May. Blake Green was last seen in the 3500 block of Jackson Blvd. on May 3rd, in a residence that he shares with his mother. Green is listed as 5’9” and 205lbs. He is considered of being at risk of injury due to a suicide note he left behind, according to police.

In addition to the note, he also left without his cell phone, keys, bank card and his wallet containing his identification cards.
Blake Green was last seen wearing a blue gray torn hoodie and blue jeans. He has brown eyes, black hair and is of a medium brown complexion. He may or may not have his prescription eyeglasses with him.
