In what is becoming a yearly tradition in the NBA, the Chicago Bulls and all of the other teams in the league, unveiled their new specialty uniforms for the season. The Bulls uni, will pay respect to all of the franchise’s past uniforms and the team will wear the jerseys six time this season. Various aspects of both the jersey and the shorts will include piece of Bulls history. The red jersey with white lettering and black trim, encompass a piece of the history within the uniform itself. The script lettering of “Chicago” across the chest is a tribute to the Bulls away jerseys during the early Michael Jordan years. That script has also been used on the White Sox away uniforms since 1991. Both teams are owned by Jerry Reinsdorf. According to Ron Luce of www.ontapsportsnet.com, the Bulls will don the new uniforms on November 27, December 19, January 12, February 26, March 31, and April 5. Fans will be able to purchase the new gear starting at 9 a.m. on Nov. 15 at the Madhouse Team Store, which is located in the United Center.
